- Exhibitor access for set-up will be available before the event opens to the public at 12:00 noon.
- The event is located on grass. No mains electricity or water supply is available.
- Vehicle movements will be restricted once the event is open to the public.
- Exhibitors will not be permitted to leave the site until authorised by the Organisers after the rally has finished, except in an emergency.
- Detailed access instructions, maps and arrival information will be supplied once the booking has been confirmed.
- Friday access is only available by prior agreement and is intended for exceptional circumstances.
- No overnight security is available and the Organisers accept no liability for overnight storage.
- Stands must be fully set up before spectators enter the event area.
- Trade Stand Contribution: £50. Payment details will be provided separately via email.

Photography, Filming and Social Media
Exhibitors may photograph and film their own stand for promotional purposes.
Any photography, filming or recording of visitors, members of the public or other exhibitors must comply with all applicable UK legislation, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 where applicable.
Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that they have an appropriate lawful basis for any images or recordings they capture and use, and for respecting any reasonable request from an individual not to be photographed or filmed.
The Organisers may photograph or film the event for promotional, editorial, marketing and archival purposes. General event photography and filming may therefore take place.
Exhibitors must not obstruct or interfere with official event photographers, videographers or accredited media representatives carrying out their duties.
The Organisers accept no responsibility or liability for the collection, use, publication or distribution of photographs, video or other media captured by exhibitors or third parties. Each exhibitor remains solely responsible for ensuring that any media they capture and publish complies with applicable legislation and guidance.
